Mepilex® Border Sacrum is an all-in-one five-layer foam dressing featuring proprietary Deep Defense Technology®, clinically proven to help prevent pressure injuries when used alongside standard prevention protocols.

Designed for the sacral area, it creates an optimal healing environment for moderate- to highly exuding wounds by effectively absorbing and retaining exudate while maintaining moisture balance to reduce the risk of maceration.

The enhanced design includes new handling tabs, thicker borders for easier application and skin inspection, a refined sacral shape for improved coverage of high-risk areas, and an enhanced gluteal seal for maximum protection.

Featuring Safetac® silicone adhesion, the dressing conforms gently to the skin without sticking to the wound, allowing atraumatic removal with less pain and minimal skin damage.
